This week I got a bunch of bananas that arrived green, skipped yellow, and went straight to brown…so…..all things banana! I wanted to make a quick snack with no added sugar, so I went with Baked Banana Bites. These are so easy to throw together and are delicious!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Bananas
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 Lemon, juiced
- Salt
- Cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice bananas into 1/4 inch slices. Toss slices with cornstarch and then lemon juice and place on the prepared pan.
Sprinkle bananas with salt and cinnamon.
Bake for 3 hours, flipping slices halfway through. Let cool completely once done!

- Alternative Flavorings: Replace lemon juice with lime juice and sprinkle with salt and unsweetened coconut flakes.
