Hi! I’ve been baking up a storm lately and haven’t been able to do as much blogging, but I’m back with MEATBALLS! This Baked Meatballs recipe is nice and easy for a quick weeknight dinner, and is easy to customize to your family’s needs.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb Ground Beef, lean
- 3/4 cup Oats or Breadcrumbs, use GF oats or GF breadcrumbs if making gluten free
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground Pepper
- 1/2 Small Onion, diced, Best if sautรฉed before
- 1/2 cup Milk or Nut/Plant-based Milk
- Chopped Basil, OPTIONAL
- Parmesan, OPTIONAL
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and grease with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients and mix.
Form into tight balls, about 1 – 2 tbsp each, and place on the prepared pan.
Bake 10 – 15 minutes, until cooked through. Mine are usually one around 12 minutes.
Mix with these Baked Meatballs with your favorite noodles and sauce, and top with chopped basil and/or parmesan. Enjoy! A meat-a-ball! ๐
