Anyone else over the Winter and ready for a refresh? ๐ The countdown to Spring is on! The Spring Equinox is just over a week away and boy am I ready. Dwindling days of dry skin and electrocuting everyone each time you are near a carpet or fuzzy boots.
It’s time for a refresh and this Glowing Goddess Smoothie is just the thing I needed. Light, refreshing, full of spinach but doesn’t taste like a pureed salad? Um, ok ๐. Hope you love it!

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Plain Coconut Water
- 2 Frozen Ripe Bananas, previously peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Pineapple, frozen or fresh
- 1 cup Mango, frozen or fresh
- 2 cups Spinach or Kale
- 1/2 cup Avocado
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients into a high powered blender.

Blend on high for 3 minutes until smooth and the greens are fully incorporated. If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add more coconut water.

This Glowing Goddess Smoothie even lasts in the fridge for a few hours without separating if you need it on the go.
