I have to admit, one excellent thing to come out of my perpetual state of quarantine is my discovery of how much I love making new flavors of no-churn ice creams. Today’s flavor does not disappoint ๐คฉ This No-Churn Reese’s Ice Cream is a SHOWSTOPPER. A chocolatey ice cream base, peanut butter swirls, and loaded with Reese’s Pieces and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. Um, do you have a Do Not Disturb sign I can borrow
WHAT DOES NO-CHURN MEAN?
No churn means no ice cream machine! You can enjoy homemade ice cream all year round without any specialty equipment!
Now stop standing in the way of you eating ice cream! On to the main event ๐

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream cold
- 1 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Cream
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Syrup
- 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Reese’s Pieces and/or Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, I like a mix for a variety in textures
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.

Gently fold in the salt, sweetened condensed milk, and chocolate syrup until uniform.

Next, gently fold in 3/4 cup of the Reese’s. Transfer the mixture to a dish (I used an 8 x 8 baking dish, but any freezer safe dish(es) of choice will work) and swirl in the peanut butter.

Sprinkle the remaining Reese’s on top and freeze for at least 9 hours or overnight until nice and set. Good luck waiting before diving in! P.S. there are no eggs in here, so if ice cream soup is your thing, go forth and drink up ๐
No but seriously, this No Churn Reese’s Ice Cream is magical and is the stuff dreams are made of. Enjoy it!

NOTE: After the initial freeze, cover the ice cream tightly or transfer to a freezer safe tupperware for extended storage.
