Have you ever thought about making ice cream but didn’t feel like lugging out the ice cream machine? This recipe is dangerously easy and doesn’t require any specialty equipment! We’re making No-Churn Nutella Ferrero Rocher Ice Cream. You heard that right. This recipe combines all of my favorite things into one ridiculous bite, and the texture is smoooooth. Get ready for endless fresh ice cream ๐This recipe is also naturally egg free, so it’s the perfect indulgent treat for folks with egg allergies!

What Does No-Churn Mean?
No churn means no ice cream machine! You can enjoy homemade ice cream all year round without any specialty equipment!
OK it’s time! No-Churn Nutella Ferrero Rocher Ice Cream here we come ๐
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream cold
- 1 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 12 Ferrero Rocher chopped, divided
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. You can do this in a stand mixer, with a hand mixer, or by hand with a whisk.

Gently fold in the salt, sweetened condensed milk, and Nutella until uniform. Next, gently fold in 10 of the chopped Ferrero Rocher.

Transfer the mixture to a dish–I used an 8 x 8 baking dish, but any freezer safe dish(es) of choice will work! Sprinkle the remaining Ferrero Rocher on top and freeze for at least 6 hours until nice and set.
