I AM SO EXCITED TO SHARE THIS RECIPE, I’M YELLING. Do you remember the episode of Friends, “The One with Ross’ Sandwich”??? For your viewing pleasure:
Ok so anyway, a few months ago I started dreaming up the pie version of this infamous sandwich and the results are INSANE! Inside this amazing pie crust is a layer of turkey, turkey pan drippings or gravy, then cranberry sauce, then mashed potatoes with cornbread or stuffing sprinkled on top. All tucked in by a flaky top pie crust. It’s the perfect way to give your leftovers a new life in the most delicious way. Feel free to mix it up based on what you have! BEHOLD: The Ultimate Thanksgiving Leftovers Pie

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Double Pie Crust Dough, homemade regular or GF or store bought
- 5 slices Cooked Turkey Breast, cut into bite size pieces, skin eaten ๐ ok removed
- Turkey Pan Drippings or Gravy
- Cranberry Sauce
- Mashed Potatoes
- Cornbread or Stuffing, crumbled
Egg Wash
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Water
INSTRUCTIONS
Take leftover out of the fridge and allow to come to room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Roll out one of the pie crusts and place in a pie dish.

Add in the turkey, then the pan drippings or gravy, then the cranberry sauce, then the mashed potatoes, and finally a layer of crumbled cornbread or chopped stuffing.





Cover with the top crust and crimp the edges to seal. Cut 2 slits in the top crust–these will be steam vents.


In a small bowl, beat the egg with the water. Use a pastry brush to lightly brush all exposed pastry. This will make it nice and shiny! I used some of my dough scraps to make some cute little fall accents.

Place the pie on a sheet pan and bake for 35 minutes until golden brown.
