Flank Steak Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Ground
  • 1/2 cup Canola or Vegetable Oil
  • 1 1/2 - 2 lb Flank Steak

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.
  • Lightly score the meat with a paring knife. This will help the marinade penetrate.
  • Marinate for 1 - 12 hours in a shallow dish or large ziploc bag in the refrigerator.
  • Let the marinated meat come to room temperature, 30 minutes prior to cooking.
  • Cook as desired!
