Glowing Goddess Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Plain Coconut Water
  • 2 Frozen Ripe Bananas previously peeled & sliced
  • 1 cup Pineapple frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup Mango frozen or fresh
  • 2 cups Spinach or Kale
  • 1/2 Avocado

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a high powered blender. Blend on high for 3 minutes until smooth and the greens are fully incorporated. If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add more coconut water. 
  • This smoothie even lasts in the fridge for a few hours without separating if you need it on the go.
