Not Your Mama's Turkey Meatloaf

Meat Mix

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey White Meat
  • 3/4 cup Oats
  • 3/4 cup Plant-based or Nut Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Onion Diced
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Pepper


  • 1/3 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease large loaf pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine ground turkey, oatmeal, milk, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a medium sized mixing bowl. Mix until just combined using your hands or a rubber spatula.
  • Transfer meat mix into pan and spread it out so it's evenly distributed in the pan.
  • Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard in a small bowl. Pour over meatloaf.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
