Slow Cooker Balsamic Chicken Thighs
Dried Minced Onion
Bone-In, Skin On
Add the olive oil and minced garlic to the slow cooker. Spread it out (the chicken will eventually sit on top).
In a small bowl combine the garlic powder, dried parsley, dried minced onion, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over both sides of the chicken.
Add the chicken to the slow cooker, skin side up.
Pour the balsamic vinegar over the chicken.
Use the lid of the slow cooker to cover it, but leave it off-kilter so it vents the slow cooker. Cook on high for 3.5 hours or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees.
