Weeknight Lemon Chicken Thighs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and spray with cooking spray.
Place chicken thighs on prepared pan, skin side up. Drizzle lemon juice over each thigh. Scatter the garlic cloves around the pan.
Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over each chicken thigh. Don't hold back!
Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Once out of the oven, I like to baste with some of the drippings.
