In a medium mixing bowl, combine the coffee, sugar, and boiling water. Beat on high with a hand mixer for 2 minutes until thick and creamy. You can do this step by hand with a whisk, but it will take likely closer to 10 minutes and is a nice little arm workout.
In a glass, add in the milk and then spoon the whipped coffee on top and any additional toppings if using. Kick your feet up and enjoy!
