Weeknight Crispy Chicken Thighs
Bone-In, Skin On
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and spray with cooking spray.
Place chicken thighs on prepared pan, skin side up, spacing them out a little. This just gives them room to crisp up.
Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over each chicken thigh. Don't hold back!
Drizzle or spray a drop of olive oil on each thigh.
Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Once out of the oven, I like to baste with some of the drippings.
